Wisconsin Public Links Association Minutes from 4/18/09 1.     Call to Order: 8:30 a.m.   Earl Peters opened meeting & informed that John J. would not be in attendance due to conflicting Lion’s Club Meeting. Website was announced & encouraged to use. Cty. All info can be obtained from Website. (Fees, etc.) – Tom Halla expected to take over the Qualifier after this year. B.  Ray Fischer: John J. to coordinate; Janesville – Riverside GC;       Date: 6/26, 27, 28/09   Fee - $115.00 C.  Hoffman Senior / Mid-Am:    John J. to coordinate; Glen Erin GC;       Date: 7/11.12/09   Fee - $ 85.00; Cart $ 30.00 D.  Billy-Sixty:     Mike M. to coordinate; Oakwood Park;       Date: 7/25, 26/09   Fee - $ 180.00 / Team Note: Discussions about Course setup; sponsorship; & decrease in participation; Future sites pursued; no changes were decided. E.  36 Hole Championship:     John J. to coordinate;  Wanaki GC                                                           & Naga-Waukee GC;             Date:  9, 12, 13/09   Fee - $100.00; Cart $ 30.00 4.     Rules Official Assignments: See Website for distributed Assignments. Discussions on trying to entice new intern Officials – Call to recruit should be asked at all Member Clubs & other sites that may warrant exposure. WPLA officials would like interested people to ride with them to experience the role & their adaptability. This Issue should be followed up on a regular basis.
